I always look forward to training with Joanna whether it is for Personal Training, Yoga or Pilates.  No matter how tired I have been prior to the training sessions, I always managed to enjoy and benefit from the sessions. And I have been training with her since 1999! It’s partly because Joanna is patient and thorough with her clients. She is very concerned about doing it right rather than doing the reps for the sake of it.

I believe in her philosophy about quality versus quantity in your work-outs. Her emphasis on commitment and discipline in training has also rubbed on me; I totally buy her belief that fitness should be part of your lifestyle and routine and not just a fad or a quick fix to lose weight.
