Initial session includes an evaluation to thoroughly assess your current condition. Please bring or come in comfortable gear that is slightly fitted but comfortable enough to allow ease of movement. A pair of fitted socks is mandatory for your session. Or you can buy it from the studio.
If you have your medical report, scan or x-ray reports, if any, do bring them along during your consultation. Reports must not be taken more than 6 months ago.
All consult sessions are by appointment only.


What to Expect During your First Visit?

Regardless of your level of health or fitness, we start you from where you are. Our hands-on approach in-corporate a variety of methods including:

  • Body Movement & Flexibility
  • Joint Range of Motion Test (if suffered injuries)
  • Myofascial Release
  • Form, Balance, Control & Stabilization Techniques
  • Core Muscle Activation
  • Functional Training

With this initial consult, you will know

  • What is the cause of your problem and pain (if suffered injuries)?
  • What is the treatment plan or exercise training program?
  • What is the estimate time to achieve goals or to recover?

What Comes After Initial Consult?

Whatever your condition, a one on one personalized exercise program is developed to meet your desired goals.

And if you suffer injuries or chronic low back pain, joint pain, degenerative and herniated discs, you can benefit from re-training all neuromuscular system to effectively move and support your spine. Pilates is both exceptional in benefitting those in need of rehab, it is also excellent for enhancing performance.

We fully support home training regime too. The goal is to plan to train at least 2 to 3 times a week. However, a minimum of once a week is a must to effectively see some results. Call direct for rates.
