Joanna is my personal trainer for almost 2 years. She really knows how to train and motivate me to work harder. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, inspiring, energetic and friendly. Pilates is a great workout for my core and strengthens my whole body. My posture, core strength and flexibility have improved tremendously. It really helped me achieve a stronger and toned body. I’m no longer suffering from aches and pains due to my lower back problem. I’ve stopped visiting the Physiotherapist and Chiropractor for almost 2 years since I started Pilates with her. Most importantly it makes me feel good and inspires me to keep turning up for my next Pilates session.
