Initial Session

This is a consult session focusing on your current condition and what you would like to achieve.

Please bring or come in comfortable gear that is slightly fitted but comfortable enough to allow observation of form and ease of movement. A pair of covered toes fitted sock over the ankle is mandatory for your session. Or you can buy it from the studio.

If you have your medical report, do bring them along during your consultation. Reports must not be taken more than 3 months ago.

For instance, if you suffer from low back pain, neck and/or shoulder problems, you would be put through a range of motion test to access joint mobility. For low back pain, this is to access the flexibility of your spine. For neck and/or shoulder issues, this is to test the range of movement and joint rotation abilities.

You will get an assessment complete with treatment recommendations at the same time.

Getting Started

You start from where you are. Your program is fully customised just for you at your level.

You learn to better connect with your body, developing core strength to correct misalignment and unbalanced posture. As an example, low back pain would require exercises that targets improving spinal flexibility. The release of tension in specific pinched nerve is immediate when combined with fascial release techniques. All it takes is just one session to feel the difference!

The Journey

It depends on how you want to take it and what your goals are.

Each program is customised to your goals. It is individualised and reviewed every three months. It doesn’t end when you are done with your workout. You are fully supported when you travel or choose to do home training on your own, right down to reminders on your appointments and more.
